Homeless DC student with an offer to play college football is offered a place to live after his high school team banned him over residency rules. WJLA Covenant House Greater Washington has given Jamal Speaks, an 18-year-old senior at Ballou-STAY Opportunity Academy, a place to live for the rest of the 2018-2019 school year.
