Paul Ryan tries to slam door on Dreamers again, saying he'll only push Trump-backed immigration bill
In the face of mounting pressure from endangered Republicans who are trying to force an immigration vote, outgoing Speaker Paul Ryan sought to quash the rebellion Thursday. Even as Ryan claimed, "I want to fix this problem," he effectively killed chances of advancing a DACA-fix saying he wouldn't bring forward any immigration bills not supported by Donald Trump. The Hill writes:
