Amid Friction With The U.S., North Korea Sets A Summit With The South

NPR.org—Senior officials from North and South Korea met Monday and scheduled a September date for a third summit between South Korea's President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

North Korea Says Now Is Time to End the War With U.S. and South Korea. North Korea said "peace can come only after the declaration of the termination of war" and lashed out at South Korean conservatives opposed to it.
