    A retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel residing in Asheville, Paul Delavan Knoke, 77, was sentenced Thursday to 15 years in prison on child pornography charges. Knoke was also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release, and to register as a sex offender after he is released from prison. “For decades, Knoke inflicted horrific and sustained sexual abuse upon innocent children entrusted in his care,” said U.
